  • While on contract with Celanese Corporation, represented the corporate office in Irving, recruited and placed Maintenance Mechanics and Production Operators for manufacturing plants in other states.

  • While on contract with Raytheon Missile Systems, Identified and recruited candidates with Secret and Top Secret clearances for Security Systems Group of Raytheon Missile Systems that included embedded systems, anti-tamper experts and early-career engineers. Identified and recruited engineers for other engineering positions such as RF and real-time systems.

  • At the Wordsmith, prepared resumes for many occupations, from parole officers to Texas Rangers, construction workers, and medical personnel.

DynCorp International is a US-based, multinational company that supports the US military all over the world in their efforts to accomplish their mission.

 

  • Utilized full life cycle to recruit and place personnel going to Afghanistan and Kwajalein Atoll. Supported the LOGCAP Program for the US Army. Briefly supported the WRM program for the US Air Force. Recruited people that held SECRET clearances.

  • Utilized Taleo to keep in touch with and maintain records on candidates in the various processes. Because these people were going overseas, they had to submit to a background check, physical, dental check and so on.

  • As a corporate recruiter with Retalix and Glow Networks, worked with in-house managers to place technical and non-technical positions, primarily in Dallas, Texas.   • As a Recruiting Director, directed Recruiting activities in the Southwest region of the USA.
